Please unzip the downloaded file to some folder in your computer.  It does not 
matter where the folder is.
 
Make sure that you have the USB cable connecting your computer to Quasi97 box.  
You can turn on the Quasi97 box although it is not necessary.
 
In Device Manager, under the "Universal Serial Bus controllers" node, browse to 
"ISI QST2" node.  If this node does not exist, browse to the “Unknown device”.  
Right click on it and click “update driver”.  On the “Update Drivers” window, 
click “Browse my computer for drivers”.  Click the “Browse” button to select 
the folder which you unzip the driver.  Make sure to check the “Include 
subfolders” box. Click the “Next” button to install the driver. I hope that 
Windows will install the driver successfully.
